- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.  
- All original packaging and accessories must be intact and complete.  
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.  
- Custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Q: What kind of cells used on this battery?
A: Different capacity with different cells, we make the battery with original A grade Samsung,Panasonic,Sanyo,LG and high quality domestic cells,all can be customized as your requests.
Q: Do your battery come with charger?
A: We have normal charger and fast chargers(2A, 3A, 4A, 5A).   If you need charger please contact with us.
Q: Do your battery come with BMS?
A: Yes, Our batteries all with SEIKO IC BMS, with stable performance.   Which can protect the battery avoid short circuit,Overcharged,Over discharge and Over current.
Q: How can we guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production;   Always final Inspection before shipment 100% testing and inspection to ensure the quality.
Q: Do you have MOQ limit?
A: Yes, we have MOQ limit for mass production, but it depends on battery model.   Please contact us for details.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: Samples will takes 3-7 business days.   Mass production will takes 10-30 days.   It depends on quantity.
Q: Can you provide OEM and ODM service?
A: Yes, We are a professional Battery manufacture with factory, which produce all kind of high quality lithium batteries as customers' requirements and designs, welcome to place OEM and ODM orders and visit our factory.

• We provide a one-year warranty for all e-bike batteries, power tool batteries, and custom batteries.

• If any battery develops quality issues within one month, we can process a return and refund or replacement upon verification of the issue.

• After one month, we can send you a BMS or battery cells for repair, or you may return the battery to us for servicing.

• All our e-bike batteries and power tool batteries are equipped with high-quality cells and BMS, and undergo 100% testing before shipment.

• Our global after-sales service centers are located in the United Kingdom and Los Angeles, USA.

• If your battery malfunctions within the warranty period, please send it to the nearest service center. We will repair it and return it to you.

• Do not immerse the battery in water or seawater, keep the battery stands by in a cool dry surrounding.

• Does not use or leave the battery near a heat source as fire or heater.

• Use the battery charger specifically for that purpose when recharging.

• Do not upside down the position and negative terminals.

• Do not connect the battery electrodes to an electrical outlet.

• Do not discard the battery in fire or a heater.

• Do not short-circuit the battery by directly connecting the positive and negative terminals with metal objects.

• Do not transport or store the battery together with metal objects such as hairpins, necklaces, etc.

• Do not strike, trample or throw the battery.

• Do not directly solder the battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp objects.
