Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility 
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:  
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.  
- All original packaging and accessories must be intact and complete.  
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.  
- Custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process 
1. Contact our customer service at jdpower@stdbattery.com to:  
   - Request a return authorization.  
   - Obtain a prepaid shipping label.  
   - Receive detailed return instructions.  
2. Preparation Requirements:  
   - Include all original parts and accessories.  
   - Use original packaging or suitable protective boxing.  
   - Enclose the completed return form.  
   - Clearly write your order number on the exterior of the box.  
3. For Battery Returns:  
   - Ensure proper insulation for safety.  
   - Photograph the battery showing all parts and packaging.  
   - Send photos to customer service for preliminary approval.

Shipping Costs  
- We cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns within 30 days.  
- Prepaid shipping labels will be provided through our customer service. 
- No restocking fees or hidden charges apply.

Refund Process
1. Upon receipt, we will inspect returned items within 3–5 business days. 
2. We will email notification of:  
   - Receipt confirmation.  
   - Refund approval status.  
3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
4. The refund amount will equal the full original purchase price.

Important Notes
- Returns without proper authorization cannot be processed.  
- Items showing signs of use or damage may be subject to a reduced refund.  
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.  
- If the returned product is verified as not originally sold by us or is substituted, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and pursue legal action if necessary. 
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days:  
1. Check with your payment method provider (bank or credit card company).  
2. Verify with your bank regarding pending transactions.

Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 30 days.  
- Exchange shipping costs are covered by us.  
- Contact customer service to initiate the exchange process.
